Before a nurse is presented to your facility, the following quality indicator will be met:

Interviewed by an experienced RN

At least one year of recent experience

Certifications and Licenses verified

A score of 85 or higher on a clinical competency test

JCAHO and OSHA Mandatory in-services complete

Criminal Background Check

10 Panel Drug Screen

Clinical Skills Verified

References Checked

Color Photo ID Badge

Physical Exam

Current CPR and any other Clinical Specific Credentials

Current negative TB or Chest xray

History of immunizations or titers

Completion of THI Staffing Orientation

Covered by Medical Malpractice
